Keep Gutters and Downpipes Clear
Leaking or overflowing gutters are the number one cause of exterior paint failure. When water constantly runs down a painted masonry wall, it saturates the render or brickwork. This trapped moisture eventually pushes its way outward, causing the paint to bubble, crack, and peel. Clean your gutters at least once a year to prevent water damage to your painted walls.
Trim Surrounding Foliage
